Snacking while during a long car ride is the best thing to do! Maya De La Torre is doing just that for her holiday break.

That time of the year has come for the holidays; more specifically, Thanksgiving. If you have decided to go on a road trip there are some necessities you might want to consider bringing along.

To have a good road trip, snacks are necessary. When you are traveling for a long time, you are going to get hungry. Make sure to pack all of your favorite snacks and drinks so your trip can be as pleasurable as possible. Snacks are easy to be sealed up and saved for the ride and can keep you energized through a long drive.

You do not want to be bored on your trip so, you would need some sort of entertainment. Without entertainment, you will have difficulty staying alert. So, it would be helpful to have games, music, books, or electronics available to keep you busy.

It is also important to carry chargers for any electronic devices you bring, especially if you are using one for navigation.

You will also want to have comfort on a road trip. There is nothing worse than sitting in one position for an extended amount of time without being comfortable. So, do not forget to pack blankets or pillows.

This is also helpful if you are planning to take a nap or watch your favorite show, especially if you will be in a car for more than an hour.

You also want to make sure you pack light. This will make it easier to be comfortable. It would be more of a difficult if your car is packed up, leaving no space to move around and relax.

As long as you have necessities like good snacks, entertainment, and comfort, you should have the best Thanksgiving road trip possible.
