Myles’s ultimate goal as a coach is to go with the flow and be presented with an opportunity to coach at a higher level sooner or later. “I’ve always had a liking for sports, especially basketball, the opportunity came to me so I gave it a try”. It took time to realize what it means to be a coach how you play a part in the kids’ lives how much of an impact we as coaches have as the players look up to you as their role models and have trust in you to take them to the next level while at the same time bonding as a team. “Coaching is not for everyone because some people may not have the qualities to be a coach and have the patience”.
