Hayley Ampudia, Photojournalist
Hayley Ampudia is a new addition to The Aztlán this year. She has joined the team as a photographer in hopes of learning a new skill and becoming a more active member of the Esperanza community. As a senior she is also involved in the Esperanza women’s soccer team, Link Crew and is vice president of the Cancer Awareness Club. Her favorite quote about journalism is “A news story should be like a mini skirt on a pretty woman. Long enough to cover the subject but short enough to be interesting.”
