On Dec. 4, the EHS band marched in the Holiday Parade at Disneyland. Band students had the privilege to leave school early and walk around Disneyland before their performance.

Freshman Siomara Totolzintle said her favorite part about the performance was being able to walk around the park with her bestfriends.

In preparation for the the parade, band had been practicing their sectionals, parade march, and they had been practicing as a group, said freshman Spencer Ellison.

“I am concerned that we won’t be able to walk in a straight line during our performance,” said freshman Zoe Zadah.

Freshman Katelyn Miller said that band practiced “everyday in the mornings and every Wednesday and Thursday with occasional Saturday practices.”

“Our band is really close, we are like a big family,” said freshman Katelyn Miller.

Students are extremely proud to be represented by such a talented and outstanding entertainment unit.
