Coachella is a music and art festival that attracts thousands of people, but it comes at a high price that is not worth it.

Coachella is not worth the cost because even though you may be able to see more than just one artist, unlike a concert, you have to stand with a crowd of people, and you have to get there insanely early if you want to be close to the front. Not to mention the fact that you are going to be squashed next to people in the hot desert.

A three-day general admission ticket is around $400. There are also VIP tickets but those cost around $1000. This does not even include the prices of food and drinks, which is typically more expensive at events like these. Also, the cost of hotels or camping on-site.

You can save some money by camping on site instead of staying in a hotel, but that will still cost at least $100.

Transportation also adds to the price of Coachella. Coachella takes place in Indio, California. This means that you are going to spend a lot of money on gas.

Some people do not even really go to Coachella for the music, but for the pictures. Many people who go to Coachella use it as a way to take pictures so they can post it on social media. It has become more about the experience and less about the music, which is what Coachella is, a music festival. If people are just going to Coachella for a few pictures for social media, then it is really not worth the cost.

At a festival like this, fashion is also somewhat of a big deal. So if you add in the cost of high-fashion clothing, it is going to bring up the price even more.

Many Coachella attendees can get so worried about missing out that they do not think about the financial aspect of it.

Coachella may be a fun experience, but the cost of tickets, food, transportation, and accommodations makes it not worth the price.
