• “ Wanted to work at Esperanza because I heard many great things about this school and wanted to be apart of a school that is awarded”.

What are you looking forward to at Esperanza? 

• “Something I’m looking forward to is inspiring young chefs to become the best California chef and sharing my knowledge of cooking with all of my students”. 

What was your previous job? 

• “ I am still a personal chef, culinary instructor, caterer, and I used to work at Disneyland”.

How long have you been a chef for? 

• “ Have been a chef since 2004 when I graduated from culinary school”.
