Megan Elmore, Campus Editor
Megan Elmore is writing for her second year on The Aztlan. Last year, as a staff reporter she wrote a variety of stories ranging from opinions to sports stories. This year, she is the Campus Editor and will be in charge of the social media for the paper. She hopes to bring a more diverse set of stories for the Campus section including features on the groups at Esperanza who are not always recognize and a new side to the stories about dances and rallies. Outside of newspaper, Megan is involved other clubs on campus such as PTSA, Link Crew, and Interact. A quote that inspires her as a journalist is, “Journalism never admits that nothing much is happening,” by Mason Cooley because she feels like there is always a story to be told.
