Maura and Eliza are your Esperanza Aztec Juniors of the Week! Here are some questions I asked them. First question or statement was to describe yourself in one word. Eliza said unicorn and Maura said great! Second question was “What does a perfect day look like to you?” Eliza said “get up, go get a bagel from Lilypop cafe toasted with cream cheese, get a little drink, put airpods in and go thrifting. After thrifting go to the beach UV is great, freckles are popping, eat in-n-out for dinner and a chocolate frozen banana.” Maura says “sunny weather but not too hot to where you’re sweating, go to breakfast with friends and get a really good waffle. Get ready, skin is so clear no makeup is needed, go to the beach with my boyfriend, swim all day and eat chipotle for dinner. Go home, bed is so comfy, and knock out.” Next question was “Do you have a favorite sport to watch?” Eliza responded with “No.” Maura said “ Cheer because I know what is happening and I like watching flips.” They both love watching rom coms! The question after that was “What is your dream career?” Maura said marine biologist and Eliza said president. Both Maura and Eliza said that they would want a monkey as an unrealistic pet. They both love the holiday Christmas. I asked “If you could eat one meal for the rest of your lives what would it be?” Maura said bagel and Eliza said acai bowls or mac and cheese. Their favorite concerts they have been to is Taylor Swift for Maura and Skeggs for Eliza. The final question I asked them was how do they feel about being seniors next year and the both said they are so excited and ready to leave!
