The new Yorba Linda Town Center on Imperial Highway and Yorba Linda Blvd. is beginning to take shape. The Town Center has been under construction since November 2016.

The Yorba Linda Town Center will feature an array of restaurants and entertainment. The center will be a gathering space surrounded by 125,000 square feet of commercial uses anchored by a Bristol Farms grocery store and a Regal movie theater.

Some of the confirmed tenants for the Yorba Linda Town Center include Blaze Pizza, Creamistry, Regal Cinemas, The Habit Burger Grill, Seasalt Fish Grill, Cafe Rio Mexican Grill, The Blind Pig Kitchen and Bar, Apola Gyro Grill, The Pie Hole, Peet’s Coffee, Club Pilates and Verizon.

Pam Stoker, Yorba Linda Economic Development Manager, said that there are still some tenant spaces available.

Once electricity is installed throughout the Yorba Linda Town Center then it will be nearly complete. There is now a parking structure underway.

The estimated $50 million project will be completed very soon. The project broke ground in November 2016.
