For this week’s Freshman, Valerie Diaz has been chosen for student of the week! This week, Valerie did a little bit of a Q&A with us just so we can get to know her a little better. Valerie has been asked a series of questions about herself and one of the questions was “How do you like being a freshman?” Valerie then continued to say, “It’s ok, it’s not hard but it’s easy to find my classes.” After Valerie responded, another question was asked: “If you could go to one place in the world Where would it be and why?” Valerie then stated, “It would be Hawaii or Cancun because they’re both very pretty and I like Cancun because it’s in Mexico and that’s where some of my family live.”Now that is awesome! Everyone always has a favorite type of food: “What is your favorite kind of food? “Any type of seafood like seafood boils or seviche, any type of seafood except oysters, but sometimes they’re ok.”Since it is almost winter break, maybe it was a good idea to ask Valerie what she is doing during the winter break. “I’m looking forward to hanging out with my friends and hanging out with my youth group from church and having Christmas and doing secret Santa with my friends and cousins.”
