The first senior of the week is Madalynn Martinez! Madalynn was asked a series of questions about herself; these will be some of the few she was asked. The first question was “Something you want to let into the world?” Madalynn responded by saying, “Trust God’s timing because it is always right”. She says because she has experienced his love in many ways she just trusts him with all her heart. Afterward, I asked her: Do you have a job or did you have a job before? How would you describe working there? She replied by saying “Yes I have had two jobs. One of them was working at church day care and rubios. At the church daycare, it was fun. I love the environment of being with kids. They bring me joy. My second job was working at Rubio’s. I didn’t like it because they didn’t have a good schedule with flexibility with working hours”. I agree that being a high school student it is very difficult balancing school, job, and sport because you don’t even get much of a free time for yourself. I asked Madaylnn what would she say the best color that describes her is and she responded “Pink because I’m beautiful and perfect”!
